## The brief

We built The Court Theatre a new website on WordPress that launched with their new venue. It helps people find shows, buy tickets, learn about their programmes, and get involved. We also built a custom integration with their ticketing system so everything stays in sync automatically.

## Scope

- Tessitura ticketing integration that syncs automatically
- Custom WordPress templates with Advanced Custom Fields for easy content management
- Show listings with all the details, production info, cast, and reviews
- Education and engagement sections showcasing Youth Company programmes and workshops
- Dedicated sections for The Court Jesters improv troupe and Corporate Jesters programmes
- Court Foundation subsite with integrated donation functionality and donor recognition
- Interactive event calendar with filtering by theatre and date
- Venue hire showcase for corporate events and special occasions
- Blog and news section for behind-the-scenes content and theatre updates

## Custom Tessitura Integration

Built a custom integration that keeps everything in sync

One of the highlights of this project was building a custom Tessitura integration. Shows, dates, times, and availability all sync automatically to the website, so everything stays up to date without anyone having to manually update anything.

- **Automated Syncing**: Shows, dates, times, and availability automatically sync from Tessitura, so the website always has the latest information without anyone having to update it manually.
- **Show Details Display**: Show details like ticket pricing, dates, times, availability, and venue info all sync from Tessitura and show up on the website. People can browse everything without leaving the site, then click through to Tessitura when they're ready to buy tickets.

We built this Tessitura integration from scratch, working with both the Tessitura API and WordPress to create something that fits exactly how The Court Theatre works.
